Stunning artwork by Edinburgh artist and illustrator, Camilla Seddon, adorns this most practical printed cotton tea towel, depicting the full route of the John Muir Way and some of the treasures and attractions to be found along its length.

The 125km John Muir Way stretches from Dunbar on the East coast of Scotland, to Helensburgh on the West coast.
It is named after the inspiring Dunbar-born conservationist who emigrated to America, from Helensburgh whilst still a boy.
John Muir was a man of many talents; farmer, naturalist, botanist, inventor, explorer, mountaineer, writer. He went on to become the father of the American National Parks and a key figure in the conservation movement.
The John Muir Way opened in 2014 to mark the 100th anniversary of Muirs Death, and aims to energise and inspire wayfarers from all walks of life, to tread in the footsteps of Muir and appreciate his ethos.

This artwork, commissioned by Gordon Nicolson, features landmarks and highlights Muirs love of nature, as well as passion for invention and culture.
